last june 26, we went up in baguio. my second time since 1997. i didn’t enjoyed my short visit then bcoz it was rainy season (august) the weather was too cold, i just want to stay inside the house.

we thought we’re not gonna pushed through bcoz of the typhoon feria. good thing, feria left a day before our scheduled trip.

we depart manila from pasay victory liner terminal at 115hrs then arrived in baguio city at 700hrs, checked in at paladin hotel accommodation was paid by ate vhonda.

for our first day, we visited the following:

  • walk around burnham park
  • check some signature clothing at wagwagan
  • city market for lengua, strawberry jam, & ube
  • camp john hay
  • celebrate our monthsary dinner at forest house bistro
  • tam-awan village for old school houses built by igorot and ofcourse wish on their wishing well.

second day:

  • ibay’s, earrings shopping
  • mines view park
  • the mansion
  • wright park, tried strawberry-flavored taho
  • botanical garden
  • city market for strawberries and longganisa
  • we had our lunch at central park
  • cafe by the ruins for some light snack and coffee
  • dinner treat by ate vhonda at mario’s

we were so full. the night is nearly over. we need to packed our things for our trip going back to manila is at 600 hrs.

we arrived in makati at 1300 hrs feeling dead-tired bcoz of the long travel. but definitely enjoyed our short stay in baguio in our most romantic way.
